Crown Vic- Supertech 10w 30 with supertech filter Gold Firebird- Pennzoil Platinum 5w-30 with K&N HP 2006 filter to extend capacity to 6 quarts White Firebird- Mobil 1 High Mileage 10w-40 (going to stay with what Justin has been using) and switching over to the K&N HP 2006 filter ---

For those interested, here’s a link to a free oil sample collection kit. You then send it to the lab for analysis for $22.50. Over the next year I am going to test my oil twice. Once at 3k and once at 10k miles. That way I will know if I’m really waiting too long by going 10k miles. fairgentlemanZ. He used to run syn in the track car, drain it after the weekend, then use it in the street car… iirc. ---
