If current employer likes you I bet you get a counter offer. That usually only works once though. 🙂

no it’s not.

50k in la is 53,815 in pittsburgh

and what i would be making is about 13,500 more in PA than CA, but the cost of living isn’t going to be able to be compared becuase of the amount of travel and where i’ll actually live (around here).

agreed… and that’s my gameplan. i really like my job and boss… so i’ll stick with it.
