lol sliders don’t do a hell of a lot at fast speeds other than possibly damaging your frame in some applications. I don’t think a cage would be very good on a track bike they might hit the ground. ---

I haven’t seen the pics in this thread but in essence a highside throws you over the bike in the event of a spill while a lowside just drops you down. highside: lowside: classyside: ---

I’ve gotta disagree on the framesliders thing. they can do some good at any speed. bikes flipping only hit the outer points on any side. it’s nice if that point on 2 of the 4 sides of a bike aren’t integral and are easily replaceable [Next page](https://forums.speedlife.net/t/whats-a-highside/153265.md?page=2)
