# What's a semi-interesting DD for 25K?

do you own a house? Im about debt free besides my house. Which I stopped extra paying on once I refinanced for 4%. I am actually thinking about dropping to a 15 year loan for mid 2s interest rate.

I never want to own a house ever!

Though I do have about half a house worth of money tied up in vehicles that I own. Hah!
