# Whats in your garage? (long post)

I need to replace just about every (non-metal; moving parts; small sized) tool that was in my garage. Power tools, feeler guages, ratchets, etc.
Considering that I’d built up the previous collection over quite a few years, I’m quite sure that there are items that I cannot think of off the top of my head.
Basic auto work, maintenance. Home maintenance & repair. 12v electronics diagnostics & repair. Composites fab. You get the idea…

Thanks for any input… I hate being in the middle of something and not having the apporpriate tool, hence trying to replace all the important stuff now.
_Side note_: any bright ideas on how to clean standard steel tools? Wrenches, sockets, extensions, etc. …I was thinking parts cleaner & then a rock tumbler / polisher?

there was one in there. A,B,C… large one. NO ONE WAS HOME TO USE IT. 🙂
We have a sec. system, and live in a very well policed area. Ah, and the ins company covered all of this the first time around… don’t imagine it’d change.
