most of those sites are bogus and incredibly incosistent. I can find a site that says this place is worth less than $500 and probably one that says it worth 10K+. ---

Those sites are inconsistent between similar sites of that nature because they use different comparison criteria of factual values and assign different values to them. However they can be a useful tool if you use the same site and the same system to compare one site to a slew of others. Since the judging criteria stays the same and is based on factual measured values it shows progress or decline. That description is identical to that of car Dyno’s. ---
