# What's the highest you've even been?

Well you have goals which is good. Honestly, talk to TurboTravis about any diet/fitness goals you may want to achieve.

I had no idea what I was doing at first and he guided me with an awesome diet plan to help me bulk up in the gym.

I started working out at 164lbs and now I weight 176lbs w/ 8-9% body fat within 2 months. That is without any other supplements except vitamins and fish oil. (Protein of course).

You are obviously looking to go the other way with weight which he is just as capable of doing for you. Get in touch with him.
