No car payment but do have a house payment ☹ $1200 for 28 year and some odd months. 1995 Honda Civic $0 1995 Honda Civic $-20/month [rents it out to my dad 🙂 2000 Mustang GT $0 used to be [$437.50/month for 5 years] 2000 Audi A6 $0/SOLD so Money in the bank! 1995 Honda Civic $0/SOLD so More Money in the bank!!! Ballin! So just the house is kicking my but lol ---

house payment (since that has been added in here and there) = 370/mo including all taxes, escrow and insurance. 10 years to go on the mortgage. million years to go till i have the fixer upper house, totally fixed up. 🙂 Brian ---

No car payments, been driving 15 years and have not spent over $1000 for a car yet. That being said, I have the money to buy what I want but I might finance a G20 or go up to Canada and bring something better back. Currently: About to buy a 02 BMW for the wife, no payment though just a gift. ---
