In rochester I would go to beers of the world, they even had Sam Adams Millenium Ale, which is impossible to find

not sure about ruffalo

consumers is good, wegmans has a good selection too

Alternative Brews as far as bars go

Brew Pub has a lot of good stuff on Tap as well as Colter Bay. Consumers on Transit by Maple has a great selection too.
