# wheels: gold is off, black is on (pictures)

today, these:
were replaced by these:
and the dunlop supersports, which were very interesting to drive around these past few weeks,
were replaced with nokian hakkapelitas.
So…
this is the second winter for these tires,
fourth and most badass winter for the wheels.
good result.
I think this is the first time I’ve liked the black sideskirts on my car…
and the stock wheels, which were once beatuplookingsilversadlittlethings… are soooo beautiful.
now all he needs is a good wash.

Now what does a job like that go for? I don’t want the same color, just don’t like the color combo, but would be interested in this for my winter wheels after the snow melts.

I like the style of the rims alot better then what you had stock, but IMO the black just doesnt work in this case. But its your car so if you like it then :tup: 😃

I agree. Black wheels are not my thing.
Good to see you’re doing stuff with the car, as long as you like it, that’s all that matters.

yesss… thanks. but I don’t really understand what you mean. those black wheels are my stock wheels…??
and anyway. my goal wasn’t to have it “work”…it doesn’t have to “work” because they’re my winter wheels. it’s an extra bonus that they turned out to be so pretty, but really…my winter tires go on them. they’ll get salty and dirty. it’s fantastic.
