There was a leaky wall last year in my house that went unchecked all winter… come spring time they were literally crawling out from the baseboards… I FLIPPED out and my landlord repaired the damage…

Only saw one so far this year and it was tiny, so I’m REALLY hoping I don’t have to deal with that again. :ahh
