When you were little, and you fell off your bike everyone said get back on it and keep riding… well i hit a deer a a little while ago and forked the bike up. And after a few ppl convinced me it was a good idea i spent the last few days putting my bike back together, and last night @ about 1030 i was taking it to fastmofos to store it for a little while till i could find a more perminent place. im about 1/8 mile from his house… and some schmuck backs out of a drive way with no lights on… droped the bike @ about 70… the bike hit the car i missed it but then got hit with the bike… can we say cursed… pics will be up when i can get to fastmofos ---

what about the guy wqho backed out of the driveway with no lights? shouldn’t his liability cover it? ---

Nobody noticed that he was doing 70 in a residential neighborhood? I’m just guessing here, but I doubt being 1/8 mile from his destination he wasn’t on the thruway. You act stupid, this stuff happens…and you blame the guy backing out of his driveway? Dumb. ---

yea, 70 in a residential will do it. if he was speeding that bad they wont help much but, if they were backing out with no lights on, and sped off, they probably didnt notice you were speeding for one for two, you could hit them with a hit and run, which could be serious damage, so maybe they’d settle and give you some $ ---

Hey nobody is perfect, it was clinton by harlem, not really a residentail neighborhood… but yes i was speeding never said it wasnt my fault… did i? no i didn’t. but i wouldnt clear him of guilt… how do you miss high beams?! but what ever i dont care im not here to argue about ethics and speedlimits… and as for your “if you act stupid” your not perfect, but thanks for the advice dad :tup: ---
