you have to eat swistons right then and there or the bottom bun is done for. a ton of meat and cheap. I also love the carls roast beef at andersons ---

I’m surprised no has mentioned Schwabl’s on Union (and Center?). [https://youtu.be/E9ZxaEk9zaY](https://youtu.be/E9ZxaEk9zaY) Buffalo stuff I think starts at about 2:40 or so and Schwabl’s at around 8:30 I think. I’m a HUGE fan of Anthony Bourdain and he actually came here a couple years back. ---

Im not a fan Schwabl’s, beef seemed to thick and over cooked for my liking. I like it a bit pink and sliced thin. I love Bar Bills. ---
