# Where in wny can I go to test how fast I can throw a baseball..

If someone thinks they can just hop off of the couch and throw 80mph, they are in for a reality check. 65-70 no problem, but hitting 80 will be a serious athlete that throws often. 85mph, is a triple A baseball potential.

I’d estimate that average person could throw 50-65 at best.

We had a kid throwing 80+ on our high school team…he broke a kids arm in little league with a pitch…tried out for the braves after graduating but his shoulder was toast…played in our under 21 league instead and worked on his knuckle ball. It was impressive to see it firsthand

I use to pitch 70-80 range then boom went my shoulder…now I’m left with a screwed up arm.
