# where is the best place for diagonis car went from sputting to not starting WTP

first my stock 93hatch keeps cutting out momentarily for less then a second. But does it multiple times under normal driving, Kinda feels like the car is low on gas but with a full tank. Then when i start it the rpm jumps to 1300 then right down to 100rpm then goes back to it normal high idle

now it doesn’t turn over i can hear the fuel pump turn on, but the starter doesn’t i had to bump start it. i real low on cash so i have fix it myself but i’m willing to spend on a quality diagonosis

all i kno is that about a week ago i had the same prob and then it started overheating and then i saw my alt belt was off. maybe something to do with that…
