2.5" diameter perforated cut stainless steel tubing 16.75" long???

i found a place on ebay but they want alot to ship. anyone have a hookup anywhere?

Wall?  
I am not familar with what perforated tubing is available.(?)  
McMaster Carr has decent shipping.
