# Where online (or local) to buy wheel paint?

I want to paint this new set of wheels I just got gloss black. I’ve seen the duplicolor wheel paint and it looks good. I’ve checked autozone and pep boys and haven’t found it (pep boys had it, but only flat. no gloss).

is there anywhere that has wheel paint & clear online? I tried calling other pepboys and noone answers. I don’t want to drive 20 minutes each for them to not have what I’m looking for.

Duplicolor’s website doesn’t link to any vendors that sell online.

anyjuan? just want 2 cans of gloss black and 3 cans of clear

The clear is glossy, and they have that at local auto stores :gotme:

Just clear over the matte black, it’s worked for me in the past to achieve gloss black on my wheels :tup:

I’ve never had a problem with regular paint. I’m curious if there really is such a thing as “wheel” paint. I bet they just re-bottle regular shit and sell it at a premium. Hey, it worked with water.

Yes, there is. Duplicolor wheel coating, google that shiz.
