why go thru the trouble of getting a permit to get rid of oil when any garage or store that sells oil is required to take waste oil? ---

Because I had a good amount plus other things like paint and such to get rid of too. And my dad went through all the legwork of getting the permit I just tagged along with all my junk too lol. ---

duck hole in parents horse manure pile. dump. cover up hole. anti freeze. oil. acid. gasoline. a mix of all of the above. paint. lye. whateva ---

can you even contaminate lie. Funny thing is using that manure pile for fertilizer grows some monster vegatables ---

any quick lube place has to take waste coolant and oil. DEC requires it. ---
