# Where to get a framed print repaired?

I have a large framed print, matted and framed that somehow was exposed to moisture. The mat is wavy and the print itself appears the same way. It’s a wide mat that kind of steps down several times. Sorry, I don’t know the proper terms. There are no water spots or anything. It belongs to a friend and has sentimental value, so I want to see if I can have it fixed. Does anyone know ballpark what this would cost, and does anyone have experience doing it? I can post a pic if needed. Thanks.
