Hit up Five Guys for lunch today. It’s not my favorite but for a “better than fast food burger but still kinda sleazy” it’s damn good. Plus the cajun fries are perfect. ---

Had one from Coles the other day and it was awful, I’d always had great experiences there in the past. Went to Big Ditch Brewery a few days later though, and was blown away. It was $12, but well worth it. The fries were great as well and you get a ton. Great beer, split a flight with the ol lady. ABV (Allen Burger Venture) is also great, has a nice variety, and is a bit pricey. Also great beer selection ---

That place had the best prime rib short of taking the drive out to Red Osier. Changed owners, new owners thought they’d bring in more business/profits with changes and within a year it went bust. Happens a lot when popular places change hands. Always someone who thinks they can do it better. ---
