i need to ship an exhaust, and the biggest ones from ups and usps wont cut it. need something 5’ x 20" x 12". any ideas? thanks. ---

1. buy yourself a new exhaust 2. recycle the box for the one you’re mailing out. seriously, I don’t know. ---

call up tops or a appliance store, im sure if you asked nicley they would put a box aside for you instead of breaking it down and throwing it away ---

FYI: tops won’t have boxes that big. (I should know, I’ve worked in pretty much every department at the Tops on Robinson) ---

rip boxes at the seam, lay them flat, wrap each exhaust part in a sheet of cardboard, duct tape the bunch together, wrap the bunch with 2 - 3 sheets of cardboard… done. I have dont it this way several times and it works great… you dont need a stupid square box… you just cant have anything sticking out… very simple and it doesnt matter what size the boxes you get are… ---
