Where to purchase Aluminum tubing, I need 2.5" X 18" and thick enough to weld.
Any idea’s or prices?

he mentioned being able to get me some when i needed it, and if your in the buffalo area im sure minisrt4 could transport it for you for some gas $

yes. basically they sell small quantities of whatever you’d like…at fairly high prices. But when you’re looking for only 2’ long piece of stainless piping, it’s cheaper than buying the minimum 20’ length directly from the supplier.
Don’t forget Home Depot and some hardware stores have small supplies of angle iron and square tubing, generally in 6’ lengths.

all that metal supermarkets has is seamless aluminum, VERY expensive, i got a 1/2 in x 24 inch piece and it was 17 bucks. If your doing intake work, either k-s, scap or anyone with a keystone account can get Vibrant u-bends. I’ve made intakes for a supra and others, it welds great and it can handle plenty or pressure. Cheapest bent aluminum i’ve found.

I have 2.500" ID x .125 wall, hard anodized aluminum.
Let me know if that will work for you.
