# where to rent a 32mm wrench?

anyone know if autozone rents a open ended wrench this big?
I don’t wanna drive 15 mins to find out they don’t have one…
and I don’t feel like buying a $20 wrench i’m only going to use once.

I think he need to get to his muffler bearing by taking off this big nut
a new muffler bearing runs 49 bucks

I just used a large crescent wrench. It was snug, but it worked. If you have one, give it a shot.

Remember that the fan is reverse threaded. If you don’t do it by Sunday and the car is running I can knock it off at the meet for you.

a crescent will not work just b/c the car needs to be on the ground with the tire on to get them F’ers off …

Yes i know 🙂 but i’m pretty sure the waterpump is donezo. I was driving home and the temp gauge kept climbing into the red. I shut the car off, waited 20 then drove a few more miles…til it got to the red, pulled over agian, and then limped it home…
I’m almost positive it’s the water pump…guess we’ll see when I get it off, thanks again though!

While you have it apart, do a Tstat it’s cheap insurance and only a few extra minutes of time.

ughhh autozone doesn’t have any 32mm wrenches… i’m too afriad to do it with a cresent wrench for fear I will round it off… i suck at working on cars
