# which engine is better ka24 or sr40

anyone knows which engine is better or cheaper

could i still use the same transmission for both of them or something which is better need some opinions getting a car soon need to get stuff and paintbooth ready.

also which saves gas thinking having it as summer car and drifting 😃

The SR40’s are really expensive… not to mention hard to find.

Get a KA24E and put a 150 shot of nitrous on it, that is your best bet.

Look for one that has over 200,000 km on it, they are a little looser and have been broken in so they won’t blow so fast.
