I totally agree with their standpoint. It costs too much money to police all that kind of crap and people would expect you to control everything.
The individual should be responsible for their actions, not the service provider.

I agree with you 100%. that would be like trying to blame a car manufacturer for making a car that can break the speed limit rather that going after the driver.
