# Who admits that they are addicted to caffeine?

Its a waste, snorting a 100mg pill of caffeine is the same as taking 500mg in a drink or as a pill. Due to the benzene ring which makes up the majority of the caffeine it does way better as an inhalent. If your into that stuff. I recently spent 8 hours striaght in a lab room extracting caffeine from tea and diagnosing its purity in case your wondering why i know that.

To get back on topic, im a huge tea drinker. Recently ive been studying 8-10 hours a day and rasberry tea and some paul collier meditation music has kept me really focused.
