I can totally relate. On the oppostie end of the spectrum, when you have a co-worker over your shoulder while you are doing a search, do you feel an intense need to be the quickest clicker and typer ever? ---

fuckin aye I was JUST in my boss’ office. She has some shitty search engine set as her browser’s default search site. SO, it goes like this: - she clicked on the IE search box - typed [google.com](http://google.com) - shitty search engine displays [google.com](http://google.com) link - she clicks [google.com](http://google.com) - she searches google me = :picard: ---

Smooth scrolling and you can ‘click’ the wheel to change to detent’ed scrolling. and the micro usb makes it great for my laptop, I never have to take it out for transport. and yes, rudimentary people suck. ---

Once upon a time, I was helping the owner of a local ISP make some kind of FAQ for the service. Needed image of a dialog box, so had him take a screen capture and paste it into paint. Immediately after pasting the imageinto paint, genius decides I must’ve told him the wrong thing because (he thinks) he’s back at his desktop. He’s going to show me how to do it (he knows, right, because that’s why he asked me to come in and show him how?). Starts clicking around on the various icons and widgets on (the picture of) his desktop and getting increasingly furious that none of them are working. Dude took himself way too seriously, couldn’t possibly tell him he was doing it wrong. Had to sit there, struggling to hold back hysterical laughter, until he finally caught on. The look on his face when he realized was _priceless_. ---
