Where this photo was taken is in Brandon VT; who ever took it is standing in the middle of Route 7. Route 7 is like NY’s Route 9 (except we have no interstate) so its the only major highway north on this side of the state. This pizza shop was level with the brick building in back, now its in the road. Route 7 North out of Rutland Sunday night; it has never flooded that bad. Shit was deep.
