i have a membership but i dont go, cause i dont know anyone and i dont like people looking at me when i work out cause i do shit they prob havent seen the old people do on machines

im thinking of starting at snap fittness…24 hours and there is one in catskill (im always down there)

used to goto best in crosstown when they first opened. I should have joined there. the only reason i joined pf in rotterdam is i can walk a block down the road and be there.

I have done it before, but then I had surgery and gained it back, but for some reason if I workout the next day I drop like 2 lbs, it crazy I lose weight fast I just have no ambition lol
