Main factors:  
Units (2 fam cost more then 1 fam)  
Age of home  
Construction (wood frame vs brick for example)  
Sq footage  
Insured values  
Deductible  
Credit score  
Neighborhood (prop crime rates)  
Ancilaries (dogs, pools, etc)
