LOL at where this thread has gone. Hot Rod’s Drag Week has ‘street’ cars that run low 7’s/high 6’s and then the racers drive them for 1500 miles between 5 different tracks. I’ll bet most would say they are not street driven. If a 7 second car can be driven thru traffic, on a highway, with legal state inspection & plates, without overheating or breaking down constantly, it is a street car. Just because a person thinks it should have A/C or Power steering vs. somebody else wanting a 10pt cage in their street car doesn’t mean that a car can’t be street driven. 2 years ago Steve Roth drove Denny Terzich’s '68 blown Camaro to low 7s in the 1/4 & still had no trouble driving between venues. Obnoxious, yes, but it was street driven. I saw it more on the street then I did at the track. I think some on here are confused between the definition of a street car and the ‘streetability’ of a street/race car. ---

Let me put it this way: I wish the car never existed been nothing but a headache from the time i droped it off in BMORE.I wish the mother fucker caught on fire and burnt down PSI. i yell at my friends for even bringing up the car. I wish i had brian Redo it. Well i am willing to get the car back now. It will be the baddest car for my 16 year old son to pick up fat white bitches with good credit. Now put up or shut up me vs the 300 door to door from a dig at PRP. When was the last time you even had your car out. Do you even own your car anymore? My car isnt worth shit? Ya i guess i could sell it and build a camaro that runs alot faster than yours ever did . i daily drive mine for work hence a camaro isnt what i need right now. My car is for sure a street legal inspected legit daily driver, 2400 miles this year on it, about 1500 last year, been running on E85. Ran it on the dyno last night at Wyotech, 29psi street tune made 724whp and 526 tq, 35 psi made 801/608, tried 40 and it somed the HG and head, but what’s cool is it hit 743whp and 672tq at 5800rpm, would have really humped if it didn’t pop! Car makes peak HP at 8500 or so. The Talon has a chro-mo roll bar installed by Domination, mainly wanted it for chassis rigidity, it handles real well and drives like stock. Most V8 well hooking street cars will get me to 60 or so due to no traction, this car shines above 100. ---
