:shrug: It seems to work. They tell them to bring a candy bar, and when the person shows up with a candy bar they claim that is the same as if they showed up with a signed guilty plea, it shows intent and shows they were behind the keyboard.

Printed forum post with claims of dumping said vehicle + found said vehicle + witness testify = Internet forum post helping in a conviction.

WTF why am I even explaining my statement, it’s been proven to be effective, whatever.
