actually it was trying to keep up with an rx7 but ended up spinning out behind him 😉 but thats besides the point haha all in good fun of course, it just reminded me of that pic when i seen the thread title 🙂 ---

Actually that viper only gets the pass and stays ahead due to horsepower… The STi is out braking him in every corner, catching up by carlengths and more at times until the viper can get back on power. So if you want to argue that a track prepped viper will beat a stockish STi on the track, i would definately agree with you. ---

The car is very capable of being a very good performer in any type of racing event (auto-x, road course, drag) and A viper performing poorly in any of those can mostly be blamed on driver error/incompetance. (Not saying it’s the best, just saying it’ll be good) rj-92: that Viper had a sucky driver. 😉 ---
