Those are actually 150cc 2 stroke mod to 177cc race spec engines. SIP is the company in germany that sells/build those bikes…ummm I mean scooters. It is one thing to rev match a sportbike when you down shift, it is something else to that with a vespa; that is if you know how a manual vespa actually shifts…:lol
