Bump! Leak in my roof. Going to call Neth & sons from the recommendation in here.
Home Handy Man Service - Came by, super nice guy, gave estimate, went to schedule work, never showed, never called back ☹
Salmen’s - Job was too small to take
William C Rott - Gave an estimate after home handy man didn’t call back, waiting on another price to compare.

Black Rock Roofing did my mother’s roof, they were affordable and did an excellent job. My roof was also done by them a few months prior to our purchase of the home, our roof turned out really nice.

I ended up with Naples on my old house in the city in 2011, never had a issue with the roof 8 years later.
Actually getting some quotes for the current house this wk and next, home improvement center, Dalex, and AVA.

Could try Home Improvement Center on Niagara Falls Blvd and Sheridan. I’ve sent a few people there and they usually come in cheaper than most of the others. Message me if you need a name to drop.

Well I got my first estimate, they measured approx 2,300 sqft. Estimate was over 16K for certainteed landmark, over 17K for landmark pro.
