I really wonder how many politicians make laws like this just for their own benefit of wanting to see young girls. I am sure they frequent stuff like this. Also, the indoor thing you can not be on the street offering sex. You need to be inside like in a brothel or massage parlor to solicit it. I totally would go but here is the question. What is the age of consent in NY? If the girl offered you some extra fun could you go to jail for doing it with a minor? ---
