i was with him the whole weekend … he got a warned the first time he took the truck of the trailer, then the second time he took it off for the show he got the ticket.
cops were everywhere… i was afraid to even drive at night there.
and the only fun that town had was go karts otherwise drinking was the other option…
maybe if the town had something to do we wouldnt have been drunk all weekend.

I never went to carslile and have heard mixed reviews.
I understand that its mostly rice but that does not seem like something nypeed would attend last year.
By the video it looks like a ricefest but is it?

The 2 years that we went, it wasnt too bad. Altho when it was in state college I got an open container ticket when I was walking down the side walk with a beer. I asked why it wasnt a problem when we were sitting in the parking lot at the hotel and he said that the hotel is private property. And the hotel charge me an extra $30 because somebody in my room decided to throw the plastic patio chairs over the balcony into a tree.

I was there too. and what he said was 100% true. it was a ton of fun, but the cops were overly dickish. Carlisle will definately die. compared to last year, the turnout alone, not to mention the show wasn’t anything. last year our hotel parking lot was packed with cars, this year it was basically just us.

it is fully true. and i gaurentee alot of people will not go next year. they practicaly set up traps.
Sec 4107 in PA code is driving with non oem items. ANYTHING done to your car is supposed to be illegal persay. i was very upset and just for proof from the cop he came with his BOOK of laws for PA. ANY , I MEAN ANY modification with out a permit makes the car illegal.
and just for your information how bad it was. cops were reading plates and if there color on the registration dident match the color of the car it was 180 somthing dollar ticket and they were all over the place doing it
cops in carlisle were pricks. i was pulled over 2 times with out even leaving the parking lot. i never exceded 5mph. sad.
next year FOR sure will not be the same after how bad it was this year with the police.
it made amherst cops look like saints 🙂

and it was for a number of things between the exhaust, the hood, the motor WITH out a matching vin. YEAH… it was that intense…
it was a carshow… not like we were out street racing. there is going to be custom cars there… effin bull
