1st year I have not gone. I think this would have been the 9th year going or possibly 10th… (damm Im getting old). somtime I should scan in all my old pics from the fist years of carlisle. (yes, scan them in, cause we didnt have digitals then.) Jeller ---

yeah exactly, thats why I don’t go to that show anymore. Too much bullshit. That vid basically sums alot of it up. ---

I have been to (IIRC) 4 of the All Chrysler shows at Carlisle and one of the Custom Compact shows. The crowds were insanely different. After the show, all of the mopar people eat a lot, then sit in lawn chairs by the side of the road, and watch the cars go by slowly. then they all crash in their hotel rooms by 9:30. The hotels typically don’t have 20 people crashed in a room either. The people who live around the show expect and deserve this kind of behavior. I am shooting down to the classic import show this upcoming weekend and I bet they won’t bother the old timers. Nor will the bother the Mopar people in July either. Because they bring a lot more $$ into town and they act civil. ---

i have been the last 6 years. never got a ticket or anyone with us! but if you were there and seen what about 50% of the people were doing you would understand why the cops give out so many tickets. as for cops at the exit giving out tickets well i never seen that in all the years i have went?? ---

I wouldn’t be surprised PA cops are the worst. Deffinatly a bunch of rude ass red necked ass holes if you ask me. I always have a problem goin through there on my way back and forth from SC… But if your ass clowning, that is totally understandable. ---

I dont know how it is in PA but im a criminal justice major and in vehicle and traffic law (im not sure which section ill look in my book later) there is a law that in lamins terms says. You cannot have any other motor in your car that is not the exact type of motor that came with your car from the factory. And we have watched videos in my criminal procedure class of cops being trained on how to tell if the motors are different. In fact they showed them giving a ticket to someone with a civic hatch who had a b18 in it. It was kinda funny i guess. O and about cops going into a bar and finding the most intoxicated person then pulling them over. That is completely legitamite and in my opinion a good idea.
