I know living in PA that the primaries are usually decided before the vote comes around to us, and that really should be reformed in some way, but it’s not like we take much of an interest anyway. ---

The only time that partial birth abortions are implemented are when the mother is gonna die or incur serious injury from having the child. Incestuous and rape babies may also be included in that, im not sure. But either way less than 1% of all abortions are partial birth abortions. No one should have the right to tell someone that they should have to have a baby that may harm them badly or kill them, was the product of incest, or rape. If you dont believe that, then perhaps _you_ should /yourself. ---
