Can someone explain why people try to rape others with prices on eco cars? I have been keeping me eye on white 1995 civic si at camp collision on camp rd for a few months. Suddenly my girls car broke down and I decided to check the price on the nice little hatch. I called them today and they want $4,900. Why people??? LoL ---

Bec. some sellers are leveraging that most people are in a jam, and financing a ~15 year old car is still cheaper than a new/slightly used car. ---

The value of used cars is through the roof. Sounds like a smart seller to me. They probably want $4K for it, but will start high to ensure they get there money out of it. ---

The same dealership had an EK hatch for sale when I was looking to buy. It was a piece of crap and way overpriced. Definitely taking advantage over the Honda/young kid/rice market. ---

I saw that thing. The 1/4s have been replaced quite haggerdly, and I seriously doubt it is a legit si. It’s been for sale for a long time I miss my eg sometimes ---

I looked at one years ago there too. Walked away when I saw the poorly repaired Honda rot. So apparently covering old Civics in filler and selling them at a high price is their thing. Some sucker will probably bite though.
