# why do repair shops suck

Why is it, that every time a repair shop or dealer is diagnosing a problem they automatically point to any or every aftermarket piece, even if the fucking part has nothing to do with the problem. It pisses me off that i have customers who come back months later after they are told by someone who has no clue, that an exhaust system has caused the waste gate solenoid to fail. What ever happened to saying … the truck is seven years old things go bad and need replacement… no blame someone else/rant.

the best part is, it’s a fucking 5 inch exhaust and they told him that it won’t let out the soot fast enough, hense fucking up the waste gate. That is the most rediculous shit i ever heard.

Ford dealers wont even look at my Mustang. My friend thats working on it called Metro to see if they could hook it up to a scope or something when we couldnt figure out an issue it had and they basically said no way in hell would they touch it because its not stock.
I havent had an issue anywhere else.

Or if the exhaust is on you lose fuel pressure at WOT. When a Duramax maxes out at 32,000psi on the rail. The dealership said the exhaust decreased beck pressue which decreased fuel pressure, When a Diesel dosn’t read anything but exhaust temp from exhuast. WTF.

My brother paid $600 or less for his Bullydog programmer. Fucker neutered the truck with the economy setting and left the programmer home last night when he dropped off the truck and took mine though.

When its on my brothers truck has some serious balls. He ran it at LVD a few years ago with nothing other than a Bullydog and straight piped exhaust and ran 14.4 at 95.

at one time they where great, then they sold out to some huge partnership and the tech assistance and service went down hill bad. The programming is still pretty good thought depending on the make.

Well Ive never dealt with the tech support so I dont know how that is. His truck is an '05 Dodge 2500 and he better get his ass over here because I want my truck back.
