Looks like they’re more out of focus than anything. In dark settings you really need to lock the focus. Here is a random one from YouTube with similar lighting to compare to. Yea I did some searching seems like a lot of people run into that. It’s just annoying iPhone didn’t really have a focusing issue ☹ this does take much better video however ---

Even when I filmed on zee highway at night with my big Sony camera I still needed to lock the focus. ---

Long battery life and a DSLR(like) camera in a phone. I’d be strongly considering the 1020 if it was on VZW. I’m pretty sure the one dude on Hawaii 5-0 has a Lumia 1020. ---

VZW isn’t carrying the latest and greatest Lumia 1020 with the 41MP camera though. So the assumption is they won’t carry the 1520 either.
