# windsheild wipers

my windsheild wipers are not working. i dont think its the motor because i can hear it when i turn it on:S any ideas?

same thing happen to my car one day…  
turns out it was the wiper linkage arm thingy, costed $20 new for my '93 240sx

what kind of car?
