# winter tires for s14

hey guys, I’ve got pretty much new winter tires from my s13 which i sold awhile ago…the sizing for them are 195/55/15, would they fit on stock s14 5 bolt rims? the rims are 16inch…if not i was planning on selling them and buying two new tires for the rear…dont have money right now to buy 4 brand new winter tires…

are you seriously asking if you can fit a 15" tire on a 16" wheel?

yea u can make them fit just cut the inside of the tires enough and make them 16". but i gotta warn you it may leak alot. im jkn dont actually do this.

nah it’s cuz i read a post somewhere here where someone squeezed smaller tires on bigger rims…it was on some company’s race car or somethin…it was like madd stretched

nvm found the link, they did stretched tires onto the rim, but it was on WIDER rims…so the tires and rim were both 17inch, but the rim was like 17x9 n they stretched the tire onto it…
