WNY used to be much cheaper than southern ontario but that has all changed. There is now no benefit of moving across the border. in fact, with your guys higher property taxes its actually much cheaper to be up here… not that this is any selling point. It’s just noteworthy that WNY has slowly crept up without a correction whereas we jumped higher and corrected down, like FL. ---
