Regardless of the Law, I believe that because it was at a public place it should be admissible…it would be the same as a eyewitness from the bar testifying. Surveillance video is always admissable and this, IMO, is the same. I wonder what would not be admissible. What if the video was at a private party? Or, at that individuals house. He would have been recorded without his knowledge so I guess it would then be dismissed (?). ---

If it’s in a public place I believe you’re free to record people without their permission, a private residence would require a warrant. Anyone with actual knowledge of this feel free to correct me. Either way this dude is fucked. ---

If you want privacy, go hide behind closed doors (and curtians. If your at a bar your at a public place. you deserve to be filmed. I wont go into details but I once made a shitty comment about someone who passed a way over a year later, and it fucking wrecked me for MONTHS (prob more like a year). I cant imagine getting shitfaced and killing 3 people then getting shitfaced at the bar 3 weeks (or less really) later. Whatever her gets, he deserves. and then some. ---
