# Workout Partners

I am looking to either join the BAC or the Fitness Quest gyms on NFB by the boulevard mall. Fitness Quest has a 24 hour which its kind of appealing and small so it might be good if they have the proper benches and free weights available. Its all pretty dead most of the times I have seen it when I would go.

Anyone go regularly during the week and wanna show me the ropes? I haven’t worked out hard since high school about 5 years ago and need to get active before I die of heart attack or stroke at 22.

haha yea. i never went at UB but now that I graduated, i wish i did. i gotta get in shape so i dont die before 30.
