last i heard, shep wasnt street legal anymore once he starting hittin times below mid high 8’s. but i guess he could be if they wanted it to be ---

So I suppose it becomes more of a whenever the owner no longer drives it on the street, and when its tires become SLICKS, and risks the chance of being stopped by law enforcement… ---

yeah he definately runs 7’s now…but when the car was only hittin low 9’s and high 8’s it was street legal or so. then he got ridiculous and starting goin low 8’s then 7’s. changed up teh car’s setup so it wasnt street legal, from what i heard on the net. i’d have to look it up, but i dont really care so i wont its fast and thats all that matters ---
