its not streetlegal… i guarantee if it went through a full DMV inspection and a full LEGAL inspection, it would NOT pass… just because it is “driven on teh street” does not mean its “street legal” ---

It has nothing to do with grandfather clause, it has to do with pre obdII the only thing he is exempt from is having a cat because that car came long before cats. ---

I also highly doubt it has faulty brakes or suspension components seeing as it goes over 200mph. The car probably wouldn’t even need seat belts to pass inspection. ---
