A legit garage is one that gets used the way it should be. Ive got a 3stall garage, 2 of them i knocked down the wall inbetween so its one big one. Its not fancy, the floor is shot and the windows are boarded up for security reasons and theres no fancy flatscreens, but ive got a 20" tube TV, 90% of the tools needed to do any job, lots of character, soon to be fridge and thats all i need really. Agreed, most everything that has been posted are just simply storage facilities w/pretty surroundings.
